Serious: By. definition a malignat tumor is not encapsulated and has invaded surrounding tissue. In time if left alone it will metastasize. Treatment depends on type, size and duration of growth. The more aggressive the tumor the greater the need for radical resection. Type will indicate whether regional nodes must be dissected with tumor Discuss with surgeon what bx showed and anticipated approach.
