It may vary: Ideally, emotional health will mean a fairly good response for the situation will happen. Most are not perfectly adjusted, and if emotions are way out of control will it need 'Tx w/ hard work', but often you just need to be aware and responsible. If you don't you'll upset yourself and others. Bad enough and you'll lose your freedom. Don't!
