See an ObGyn!: There could be many mainly hormonal reasons for your complaints. First, when was last time your breast were checked clinically and with a mammogram? Second if all normal while 48 years old pregnancy could be a remote option too. Ovarian tumors, hormonal issued linked to menopause all could be responsible for your complaints. See your obgyn.
