can i get an abortion at 4 weeks?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Elizabeth Reynoso
17 years experience Obstetrics and Gynecology
Yes: Elective abortions can be done between the beginning of pregnancy until about 20 weeks pregnant in most states. However the earlier in the pregnancy it is done the better. An ultrasound and blood work are usually required to make sure the pregnancy is in the uterus. Then your options will be discussed
