How can you determine which foods you are allergic to?

History/ testing: History of a reaction temporally related to ingestion of a certain food is the most reliable proof of an allergy to that food, especially if the symptoms are reproducible either by accidental exposure or by a controlled challenge. Allergy testing, either skin testing or blood can also proof the allergy in case of positive correlating history
