How effective is benzatropine for treating parkinson's disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Older medication: Side effects limited usage of this class of drug, and newer meds have supplanted, but was of value in controlling tremor and helped with gait and stiffness. Nowadays, prefer the dopamine agonists and the L-DOPA, carbidopa, entacapone approaches.
