AF: If your cycle is usually like clockwork, there is a possibility of pregnancy, even with a negative, early pregnancy test. If irregular, with the symptoms given, pregnancy could be less likely. If there is history of unprotected intimacy, pregnancy should still be entertained and you should get in to see your MD for either an in office urine test or blood test.
