I have sudden, sharp, burning pain in my right breast near my armpit. i feel no lumps/bruises/injuries. what could cause this? it is constant pain.

Evaluate: Hard to say. Could be many causes including the breast (eg breast cancer, infection, etc), chest wall, lungs, or heart. Get a physician evaluation with a history, physical exam, and whatever testing is needed.
