Unlikely: Possible but very unlikely. More likely possibilities for her pos and your neg test: She might have been infected more recently. You might have been infected but the test missed it (urine testing misses 5-10%). Your immune system might have cleared it. If you took an antibiotic for some other reason, it could have cured your infection. Most important, both of you need treatment.
