Need other treatment: Most antibiotics used for sinus infections will not reliably cure chlamydia. Azithromycin sometimes is used for sinusitis and is a recommended drug for chlamydia, but the dose is different: for chlamydia, you need a single large dose (1 gram). Tell the doc or clinic where chlamydia was diagnosed about the other antibiotic then follow their advice. Also make sure your sex partner(s) are treated.
