Yes on both: yes, tennis elbow is a tendinitis. The concern is whether you are getting Little League elbow.this is a problem with baseball pictures made classic by Sandy Koufax.you need to see your physician to make sure there is a clear diagnosis. I would stop pitching until everything is clear.
