Pregnancy unlikely: No, not with a negative test result and last sex 3-4 weeks ago. In such circumstances, there is very little chance of pregnancy. Period bleeding can be altered for this cycle and for the upcoming cycle, due to the Plan B. If still worried about pregnancy, one can recheck another urine pregnancy test 1 week from now.
