Probably Not: Home pregnancy tests are usually right. You are in a time of life called peri-menopause (The 10 years prior to stopping periods all-together). During this time its not uncommon to have months with no ovulation or period. However, the only way to be absolutely sure would be to do a blood pregnancy test because a home pregnancy test won't pick up an ectopic pregnancy or early miscarriage.
