Yesterday i noticed a patch of flesh colored bumps on both of my wrists and on my right forearm. they don't feel uncomfortable unless i touch them.

Hard to know: Flesh colored bumps sound as if they are scattered focal areas of fluid leakage into the dermis. Based on your age, most likely a form of contact dermatitis from irritant or allergic sensitivity vs atopic dermatitis. More information/visualization of this rash and your background will guide a more educated evaluation. Remains possible that it manifests from something more serious.
