Go see ur family doc: Lots of reasons for feeling sick & having back pain. However, you need to see your family doc for thorough evaluation. Perhaps you have a kidney infection or stone. Maybe just back pain. Possible infection? May or may not be related to being "on the pill" (which ever pill that is). Bottom line, go get complete evaluation.
