Depends on drug: Take them as instructed by the doctor or clinic. Instructions also should be on the container. Maybe you are uncertain because you have 2 or 4 pills of azithromycin, total 1 gram. If so, take them all at once -- the standard treatment for most chlamydial infections. If it's doxycycline, the normal dose is 100 mg twice a day for 7 days. Make sure your sex partner(s) also are treated. Good luck.
