Less sensitive: RAST test is no longer used but may be confused with ImmunoCap IgE. Make sure that the test obtained was not IgG to salmon. Blood test is usually less sensitive than skin prick test and there may also be lab errors. It appears that you are allergic to salmon and the test just failed to confirm it.
