That's okay: Just watch it like you would all your skin marks. The mole that's always getting irritated / injured is supposedly at some increased risk of developing melanoma but even this is unlikely. If you want the thing taken off, that's easily done.

Mole: It always good to evaluate your mole on a regular basis. If it suddenly increases in size, shape or change color seek a plastic surgeon or dermatologist for a consult.
