What's the difference between lymph nodes and breast cancer?

Normal vs. abnormal: Lymph nodes are normal structures through the body used as a defense and storage site for white blood cells as a means of stopping bacteria, viruses, etc. Breast cancer is a malignancy of some of the cells in the breast tissue, abnormal growing cells.
