Similar treatment: There is no research on oral treatment (fluconazole) in men. If you have vaginal yeast (thrush) and your partner has a penile rash, he could try one of the vaginal creams, any product with active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, etc). If in doubt or symptoms don't improve after 2-3 days, he should be examined, e.g. in one of Australia's excellent sexual health centres.

If candidiasis: Yes it can be treated both topically or orally(if necessary).
