BV re occurence: Bacterial vaginosis is caused by an overgrowth of bacteria in the vagina. Usually a change in pH is a cause or treatment of a yeast infection. Please make sure your partner is treated and it is in fact BV - a doctor can confirm this. Take the treatment completely - don't miss a dose or stop early. A vinegar/water douche may help restore normal vaginal pH. Good luck
