Both appropriate: It may just be that you are pregnant, but the test wasn't sensitive enough. Most urine tests are positive at levels of 15-25 depending on name brand. Blood is positive at 5miu/ml. In addition you may not have ovulated this month.

Repeat in 4-5 days: It would be okay to wait 4-5 days and if you do not get your period by then, repeat the test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. You have the option of getting a blood test which would be positive by now if you are pregnant.
