No: That's why HealthTap exists as an advance form of telemedicine. However, we can't replace your family doctor. Also, we're all trained & based here in the States so we may not be up-to-date on how things work in other countries such as India. Still, medicine is medicine, regardless of where you live, so teleconference w/live video is a good option for those who don't have immediate access.

No: This is purpose of the service to increase access people have to doctors. Also it is meant to decrease the amount of acute care visits needed. If you have an issue give it a go.
