Yes assuming 1 dose: There are several online medication information resources & drug-drug interaction checkers available for consumers. Check out http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=846-8245,55-1943 which shows no issue btwn Mucinex (guaifenesin) DM & Nyquil. Max dose is 120mg/d (http://www.drugs.com/dosage/dextromethorphan.html), so assuming just one dose of each, then your 75mg is under daily maximum.

It is safe: It is safe as long as you did not take any before or after that Will do no harm slightly 15mgm over the recommended dose but not a big problem
