She took Mucinex (guaifenesin) DM about 4 hours ago, and just took Nyquil Cold/Flu tabs, and went to bed. Mucinex (guaifenesin) has 60 mg of Dextrometh. & Nyquil has 15mg. Safe?

Yes assuming 1 dose: There are several online medication information resources & drug-drug interaction checkers available for consumers. Check out http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=846-8245,55-1943 which shows no issue btwn Mucinex (guaifenesin) DM & Nyquil. Max dose is 120mg/d (http://www.drugs.com/dosage/dextromethorphan.html), so assuming just one dose of each, then your 75mg is under daily maximum.
