BFN?: If you've been sexually active this past month and had early, light bleeding, implantation bleeding from embryo attaching to your uterus is possible. Do an home pregnancy test if you're concerned. Otherwise, it could be just a random fluctuation in your reproductive hormones. I don't know what BFN means. If that's important, you can resubmit your question with clarification. Thanks.
