Could be depot but: i would get checked. Irregular bleeding can happen during and after "depot" (depot provera) shot. Two issues: how heavy is the bleeding and how much is it bothering you? light bleeding that is not bothersome is less concerning than heavy bleeding (soaking, large clots). 4 weeks could be abnormal, worth getting checked.
