Mouth sore: May be a canker sore, an area that was traumatized, apthous ulcer, or other lesion. Try swish and spit with warm salt water or half strength hydrogen peroxide/half strength water. You can see your physician for prescriptions like Magic Mouth wash combinations. Oragel on the tip of a qtip applied directly to the lesion can ease the pain. If it doesn't resolve within a week, have it looked at.
