Preg not likely : Yes, taking emergency BC can cause irregular spotting or light bleeding from 5 to 10 days after its use. Sex with his ejaculation inside at cycle day 5 is impossible to cause pregnancy. Ovulation usually occurs mid-cycle. You should be just fine. Your next cycle may be a few days off due to the medication.
