See your doctor : You should go see your doctor for a complete history and physical exam. You will need some lab tests to help determine your diagnosis. The possibilities are numerous. You need to be seen ASAP. You could have thyroid dysfunction or something wrong with your heart. The symptoms you describe are very concerning and should not be ignored.
