Don't mix the 2.: You are taking a long acting stimulant which does not mix well with alcohol, which is a depressant.Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) may overshadow the normal effects of alcohol. Feeling the effects of alcohol less, you may drink more. Alcohol poisoning is of particular concern when combining the two. You may inadvertently drink too much and not realize it because you don’t feel the normal signs of intoxication.

Hmmmm: A modest amount at the end of the day when Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is used early shouldn't be an issue. However, the alcohol will negate the benefits of the Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).
