Williams/Angelman: Williams show distinct facial features, Cardiovascular abnormalities, Hypercalcemia & Hyperactivity.
Angelman show severe intellectual impairments, Seizures, Ataxia, Speech impairment.
Both are rare genetic diseases involving Chromosomal abnormalities (Chromosome 15 in Angelman, 7 in Williams).
