How much utrogestan is safe in first trimester?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is very safe: it is recommended drug in the first trimester in patients with low progestrone or what we call it luteal phase defect, to decrease risk of miscarriage and used also in 2nd trimester to decrease risk of preterm labor in women with short cervix so it is safe and recommended by your doctor instructions
