May or may not bleed: The bleeding with first sex idea is overdone. Bleeding may mean fresh small tears. If a woman has a healthy vulva, vagina, and hymen; if she is very stretchy; if she is happy and relaxed, with lots of natural lubrication; if a guy enters at a good angle, at the right spot; if he moves gently with small motions until all is well-lubricated and stretched out; there may not be tearing or bleeding.

Simple physics: The hymen is the door at the entrance to the vagina. It usually has a smallish hole in the center to permit menstrual outflow but some are born without one or it can be a large hole. When a fully erect penis passes through,it's 4+cm diameter will tear through a 1cm hole & cause bleeding. If there is no hymen or the hole torn larger,it may not bleed.Bleeding could also occur anytime tissue is injured
