How much iron is in the birth control lolo. i take palafer iron therapy for my low iron and am worried of an overdose.

Low amount of iron: Only the last 7 tablets in the pack are iron supplements. Each tablet has 75 mg of ferrous fumarate. Taking it with one tablet of Palafer would be safe. Consider taking the iron with orange juice as it will help with absorption.
