Tube reversal: you can try a tube reversal - with mixed results. Of course there are other options such as in vitro and of course adoption. Best of luck.

Reversal of tubal: You have two options. 1) have surgery to reconnect the segments of your fallopian tubes. tubal reanastamosis. 2) IVF - in vitro fertilization (bypasses the tube). I would discuss options with either your gyn or a specialist in reproductive endocrinology.
