Yes of course: yes there is a reason sexual activity is not allowed after delivery. one of them is the wound that was repaired. the other the cervix will still be open some and that will create infection in the uterus if a sexual activity started before it was supposed to. see your doctor and get examined. follow your doctor instruction.
