Difficult question: Nausea is tough to pin down without more info. Can be caused by problems in abdominal organs (irritation of gut/organ lining byvarious inflammatory diseases), trouble with the nervous system (eg migraine, pain), or conditions affecting the inner ear (eg vertigo). Other causes are hormone changes (eg pregnancy, overactive thyroid), blood sugar change, dehydration, allergy, medication effects, etc
