Depends...: It all depends if this is a threatened miscarriage or it is happening and no way to avoid it. If it is just symptoms of threatening abortion rest and follow up with gynecologist recommendations If it is happening or it happened make sure you follow up as well as advised and if persistent bleeding and/or pain after a few days get seen immediately.
