I'm 37 weeks and have really bad lower back aches and my vagina feels so sore & it's hard for me to walk ? whyb

Normal changes: These are normal anatomic changes in pregnancy. Lower back is the weakest part of the body and gets really tested by a change in your center of gravity. Vagina gets "swollen" in a normal pregnancy and feels sore. Pelvic bones "loosen" to make your pelvis unstable and therefore harder to walk.
