Highly Unlikely: If you were due for a depo-provera shot on Feb 10, then it is very unlikely that you are pregnant. Depo-provera usually provides good birth control for up to 4 months, so you are probably still protected. Additionally, home pregnancy tests are fairly reliable. The symptoms you are experiencing are probably due to hormonal changes due to stopping depo. If unsure, do another preg test in 7-10 days

False negative?: Doing the math, your pregnancy test from last week might have been too soon to detect a pregnancy. I recommend repeating it March 10. I certainly hope you want to get pregnant because what you're doing is certainly the way to go about it!
