R/O SEIZURE DISORDER: The vibratory symptoms may beva type of seizure disorder or suggestive of an underlying chronic Neurologic disease. You need a full exam with detailed Neuro exam. Ali's blood work especially Vit D /TFTS/B12/Folate/Lyme disease. An EEG would be necessary to rule out a seizure focus as well as a brain MRI.
