Plenty of fluids: Plenty of fluids like coconut water, plain water. Typically should resolve with in a few days to a week. If persistent please get evaluated by internist or gastroenterologist

Fluids: I assume you recently had a good deal of vomiting or diarrhea. You may simply be dehydrated and in need of fluids. Sports drinks such as Gatorade usually are helpful as is water. Advance your diet slowly- bland fluid such as crackers are a good food to begin with :)
