A bit unclear: Does this mean your boyfriend had a condom on? Nonetheless, vaginal penetration with or without a condom, can lead to irritation of the vaginal vault or cervix that can lead to bleeding, though 4 days later would be a bit atypical. If he had a condom on an STD is unlikely though if you've had an exposure prior, sex could have exacerbated things. Consider an eval by your PCP for better guidance.
