Depends on maturity: level, whether you will continue to grow or not. If you already have mature genitals and facial hair, then you may be past your major growth spurt and your genetic potential, and medications or special diet will have no impact. If not, your body will continue to grow until you reach full maturity. Healthy diet with adequate rest will serve you best.

The determining factor will be whether you have open growth centers that show room for you to grow.These close in most males by 18 when they enter puberty at an average time. If you entered puberty late, a study of the growth centers in your wrist/hand could show growth potential. Proper diet/rest/exercise get you there
