Pupil: The pupil is a hole in the center of the iris of the eye that allows light to strike the retina. I dont understand what you mean by "hole" in your pupil. You stuck a "sharp object" into you eye and you see a "hole"? really? Please talk to an adult or your doctor.

Eye exam: I would recommend that you see an ophthalmologist right away. I would call the nearest emergency room right now and ask their advice. Best wishes.
