It's not frequency: The number of times you get an erection during sex is not as important as the quality of your lovemaking and whether your partner has been satisfied. If you suffer from premature ejaculation--that is, ejaculating too early with very little stimulation and no chance to satisfy your partner--than that is the problem to work on, not the frequency. Control comes with time and practice.
