Abdominal pain: Well this might be due to ovulation/menstruation or other intestinal problem ( appendicitis for example) if you are having fever and/or sever abdominal pain please go to the nearest ER. If not you can try over the counter pain medication and wait a couple of days

Appendicitis?: That's where your appendix is located. Do you have a fever? Are you nauseated? Does it hurt when you press on the painful area? Have you been constipated (variable)? Is the pain getting worse and more localized? If you answered yes to a few of the above, you may have appendicitis, and should go to the ER for evaluation.
