Stimulant withdrawal: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) Is a very potent stimulant and if you have been taking it for a while on a moderate to high dose then sudden stoppage is not advised. You can experience withdrawal with it - dyspeptic mood with fatigue, unpleasant dreams, increased appetite and sleep changes for hours to several days. Best to do this under professional supervision. No one medication is known to help these.
