Water, fruits, veget: Make sure that you are drinking 1.5-2 liters of water/day. Also eating 5-7 servings of fruit/vegetables/seeds/nuts daily to get your minerals(especially magnesium & potassium) and vitamins each day. We are what we eat. Decrease or cut out the pop/ junk food. This does not sound like something serious, but a poor diet can lead to other health problems eventually.
