See my remarks: You have what we call URETHRITIS ,inflammation of urethra, caused by vaginal discharge .Most likely it is fungal in nature.Does your wife complain of any discharge? (other conditions you have are not related to urethritis.)Vaginal fungus can be treated with over the counter creams.I suggest you see a urologist,or even your primary M.D.
